Tyrone Veterans Day Services 2005

After the program, Scott's wife, Debbie, their daughter, Jill, and Rachel Nesbitt, her mother, Nancy Hiller Nesbitt, and at right, Nancy and Scott's parents, Miriam and Jack Hiller. In this talk, Scott paid tribute to all those who fought for our country, including his dad, who was a Prisoner of War in World War 2.

The capacity crowd at the American Legion Home enjoyed a marvelous program including music by Pops Extension from Tyrone Area High School.

Armed Forces Day Salute - A number of Tyrone area Korean War Veterans placed a wreath in front of The Wall That Heals in front of the VanZandt Medical Center, Altoona.  The veterans include from left Gordon Cox, Daniel McMonigal, Ray Clark, Robert Grazier, Jack Sleeth, John Gorman and Donald Kimberling.
