Management Training |
Management (Cary Simpson and Mary Riggle) participated in training in the recruitment/ hiring of persons for the station and the requirements of wide-dissemination. |
The operation of WKMC, which had been considered as an integral part of this Employment Unit, became less connected with the operation of WTRN. In January of 2005, applications were filed with the FCC to transfer the license of WKMC to another party. That application is pending as of this date.
During the year between April 1, 2004 and March 31, 2005, there was little interrelation between the two stations, and thus, the size of the employment unit was substantially below the figure of five fulltime employees.
